The Foundation's registered office is situated at Stadium Road, P.O. Box 3500, Karachi 74800, Pakistan.

The Foundation was established for setting up, maintaining, administering and running teaching hospitals as well as other health care facilities, medical colleges and other institutions of learning and research as specifically contained in its Memorandum of Association. The income and property of the Foundation is applied solely towards the promotion of the objects of the Foundation and no portion thereof is paid or transferred, directly or indirectly, by way of dividend, bonus or otherwise by way of profit to the members of the Foundation.
